To make an appointment contact Ann by phone on (03) 5348 5701. Prior telephone bookings are essential.

To find me, go through the main shopping area to the roundabout at the Post Office (heading towards Ballan and the Lake House). Turn left at the 3rd street after roundabout, which is HOUSTON Street. (Opposite the Lake House). This turns right immediately into duke Street. 73a is the first driveway on the left.
Payment Details
Payment is strictly cheque or cash. However to reserve an appointment, credit card details will be taken if there is insufficient time for you to mail a cheque.
Booking Details
50% deposit is required by cheque/money order OR you may supply your credit card details. (However a credit card transaction WILL NOT be processed unless the cancellation policy is activated.)
Payment of Balance
If you have paid by cheque/money order, the remaining 50% will be required at time of appointment. If you have supplied credit card details, full payment is required in CASH or CHEQUE at time of appointment. (Credit card transactions will only be used for cancellation fees.)
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if your booking cannot be filled. No show appointments will be charged at full price.
